The transition to practice is daunting, intimidating, and overwhelming. A journey that no budding nurse practitioner should do alone or unsupported. We’re here to educate, entertain, inform, and support new nurse practitioners as they cross the divide from seasoned nurse to novice nurse practitioner.

Vision

To improve the entrance to practice, indoctrination, and onboarding process of new nurse practitioners into their profession with education, humor, empathy, and support. The practice gap between learning and knowing during the formative years as a new provider is challenging, and you can feel isolated and ill-prepared; we’re here to change that.
